1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of communedesvagues.com (the “Website”).

The Website is published by Ronald Reyes EI, trading as Commune Des Vagues, whose complete legal and contact information is available in the Legal Notice.

These Terms of Service concern use of the Website. Purchases made through the Website are governed separately by the Terms of Sale, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Website, the user agrees to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable law.

If the user does not agree with these terms, they should discontinue use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.

1. Access to the Website

The Website is normally accessible at any time, subject to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security requirements or events outside the reasonable control of Commune Des Vagues.

Commune Des Vagues may temporarily suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or improve the Website.

Commune Des Vagues does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access but will take reasonable steps to restore the Website following a disruption.

Minor differences in colour display may occur because of screen, lighting or device settings. This does not limit statutory rights where a purchased product does not conform to its contractual description.

1. Changes to these Terms of Service

Commune Des Vagues may update these Terms of Service to reflect changes to the Website, its services, business practices or applicable law.

The updated version takes effect when published on the Website, with its revised date displayed above. Changes to these Terms of Service do not retrospectively alter a sales contract already concluded with a customer.

1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

Where the user is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of their habitual place of residence.

Disputes may be brought before a court having jurisdiction under the applicable procedural and consumer-protection rules. Nothing in these terms imposes exclusive jurisdiction on the French courts where mandatory law allows proceedings elsewhere.
